Now how does the Scriptures and title above tie into one another.....I don't know....I just know I attempted to write this Motivation at around 4:00am but just couldn't. Holy Spirit directed me to the Scriptures, gave me the title but that was all I had. I figured instead of trying to operate in the flesh and try to make something happened, I'd go back to bed and wait until Holy Spirit gave me what He wanted to say to the Church! Well after I laid down for about an hour.....I was awakened by this Word from The Lord"

GOD WILL MEET YOU AT YOUR POINT OF NEED!!!!

That's it People of God.........GOD WILL MEET YOU AT YOUR POINT OF NEED......not mine....not your spouse's....not your brother's.....sister's........but at YOUR point of need!!!!

"Encourage Yourself In The Lord"

I don't know what battles....what circumstances and what issues some are you are facing right now.....but know.....GOD KNOWS!!!! He knows every situation.....he knows every struggle....and every challenge!

While God has gifted me with the Gift of Exhortation to encourage and uplift His People......this day Holy Spirit wants you to.......ENCOURAGE YOURSELF IN THE LORD!!!

Judges 20:22: "And the people the men of Israel encouraged themselves, and set their battle again in array in the place where they put themselves in array the first day."

I Samuel 30:6: "And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the LORD his God."

II Chronicles 32:5: "Also he (Hezekaiah) strengthened himself, and built up all the wall that was broken, and raised it up to the towers, and another wall without, and repaired Millo in the city of David, and made darts and shields in abundance."

Each of them.....The Men of Israel, David and Hezekiah....when faced with a battle after they sought God for direction......THEY ENCOURAGED THEMSELVES.....PURSUED AND WON!!!

People of God......YOU WILL WIN!!!! ENCOURAGE YOURSELF IN THE LORD......ASK HIM TO COVER YOU WITH THE PRECIOUS BLOOD OF JESUS AND FACE YOUR BATTLE HEAD ON......GOD IS WITH YOU....HE'S THERE....FIGHTING FOR YOU....WITH YOU........EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.....HE'S THERE.....ENCOURAGE YOURSELF IN THE LORD!!!!!

I'll end with a Prayer which includes excerpts from II Chronicles 32:7-8 & Ephesians 3:16:

"Be strong and courageous. Be not afraid or dismayed.....for there is Another with us greater than all those with him (the enemy).....with him (the enemy) is an arm of flesh, but with us is the Lord our God to help us and to fight our battles....May God grant you out of the rich treasury of His Glory to be strengthened and reinforced with mighty Power in the inner man by Holy Spirit Himself indwelling your innermost being and personality.......in Jesus' Name and by His shed Blood.....Amen!

This morning I was awaken after having a very disturbing dream. My youngest son, Jaquan, must have been about 5 or 6 in the dream....anyhow.......he and I were up 2 stories standing on a porch. As Quan was playing he grabbed a hold of me and kinda wrapped his little body around me.....obviously I didn't want to play because I kept trying to push him away telling him to move......and for some reason....telling him to wake up.....wake up.......well....I guess I pushed the little boy too hard because before I knew it....I pushed him off the porch.....y'all my heart was about to stop in the dream.....I was distraught....talk about scared.....and panicked...... well.... when I did come to myself (we all have to come to ourselves) and looked over the side of the porch....low and behold Quan had not fallen to the ground but actually.... somehow....NO....by The Grace of God.....he was hanging by the back of his shirt...on a fence....WHEW!!

After Quan was taken down (and I don't know how he got down)....but afterwards he came to me.....the little boy....with smiles all over his face....started telling me how good God was and how as he was falling......he remembered THE WORD that was spoken into his life! WOW!!!! I Love how The Lord orchestrates and confirms what has been placed on my heart because just as I checked my emails this morning Sis. Sharon's devotional gave confirmation!

People of God.......GOD'S EYES ARE ON THE SPARROW......HE'S WATCHING OVER US.... OVER OUR CHILDREN.... PROTECTING THEM FROM DANGERS SEEN AND UNSEEN..... HE'S WATCHING OVER THEM.....LEADING AND GUIDING THEIR FOOTSTEPS ALL THE WAY.....RATHER THEY REALIZE IT OR NOT......REMEMBER HOW YOU WERE WHEN YOU WERE A CHILD...... YOU CAME TO YOURSELF DIDN'T YOU.....JUST LET THEM GO IN JESUS' NAME....... ALLOW THE BLOOD OF JESUS TO COVER THEM...PROTECT THEM.....ALLOW THE WORD OF GOD THEY HAVE BEEN TAUGHT....SPOKEN INTO THEIR LIVES... ALLOW THE WORD TO BRING THEM BACK HOME......WHILE YOU HAVE THE CHANCE..... JUST KEEP TRAINING THEM.......THEY MIGHT GO ASTRAY FOR A MINUTE.......BUT SOONER OR LATER....BY AND BY.......THEY WILL WAKE UP....AND LIKE THE PRODIGAL SON....... THEY WILL COME HOME.........AND YOU'LL SEE AND THEY'LL TELL YOU..... YOUR WORK WAS NOT IN VAIN......SO STOP WORRYING.....STOP FRETTING.....GIVE THAT CHILD OR THOSE CHILDREN TO GOD.......LET GOD HAVE HIS WAY IN THEIR LIFE..... "Thermostat.....or Thermometer"

I forgot now where I heard this last week, but I heard someone say we should be like a thermostat....setting the atmosphere around us. This morning I was reminded of that when I went into my favorite breakfast spot. As the gentleman behind the counter and I were engaged in a conversation about speaking and thinking positive......he said........"Paula, rather you know it or not, there's something about you that when others are around you, they want to do better.....even me"! Well little does he want to admit (he's a Muslim) or know....that that "something" is THE POWER AND ANOINTING..........through Jesus Christ by Holy Spirit....that God has Graciously place on and in my life!!

Now, it's not that I'm puffing myself up because no man should "think highly of himself than he ought to think" (Romans 12:3)....because....I GIVE GOD ALL THE GLORY and boldly say like Paul "I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by Faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me." (Galatians 2:20)

It's always been one of my desires that when others see me.....they see Christ who lives within me. Matthew 5:16 "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and Glorify your Father which is in Heaven." God gets The Glory out of all we do.....that's why it's important that as Believers we always have to remember.....we "walk by Faith and not by sight"! (2 Corinthians 2:5)

We should operate like thermostats.....setting the atmosphere around us and not like a thermometer which goes up and down according to it's environment or atmosphere. The unbelievers are watching! They are watching and listening to how we talk....they are watching how we react...especially when we are faced with challenges and adversity. They are even watching how we respond to how they treat us! We should not allow how we feel or the circumstances surrounding us to detect our actions and thoughts!

People of God.....GOD WANTS TO BRING US INTO A HIGHER CALLING BUT HE CAN'T UNTIL WE DIE TO SELF AND SEE OURSELVES AS CRUCIFIED WITH CHRIST....GOD WANTS US IN THAT PLACE WHERE WE WALK LIKE CHRIST....TALK LIKE CHRIST.............BELIEVE LIKE HE BELIEVED....JESUS HIMSELF SAID THAT GREATER WORKS SHALL WE DO THAN HE DID......WE WERE MADE IN HIS IMAGE AFTER HIS LIKENESS....WE ARE THE ONLY IMAGE OF CHRIST SOME PEOPLE WILL EVER SEE......WHERE EVER CHRIST WENT...THE PEOPLE WENT RUNNING TO BE IN HIS PRESENCE......WE SET THE ATMOSPHERE OF PRAISE AROUND US....WE SET THE ATMOSPHERE OF WORSHIP AROUND US.....WE HAVE THE ABILITY TO TOUCH THE LIVES OF OTHERS THROUGH CHRIST......WE CAN'T GO ON OUR FEELINGS.....WE CAN'T BE SWAYED BY OUR CIRCUMSTANCES......WE MUST SET THE ATMOSPHERE OF EXPECTANCY....PRAISE AND HOPE......WE SET THE ATMOSPHERE WHERE OTHERS DESIRE TO TASTE AND SEE THAT THE LORD IS GOOD.....OH PEOPLE OF GOD....WHEN WE SET THE ATMOSPHERE....LIKE THE JAILER ASKED PAUL AND SILAS....WHAT MUST I DO TO BE SAVED....IN SETTING THE ATMOSPHERE AROUND US....LIVES WILL BE CHANGED......HEARTS WILL RETURN TO CHRIST....WHEN WE SET THE ATMOSPHERE....THE SICK WILL BE HEALED....BROKEN HEARTS WILL BE MENDED.....OUR FAMILY WILL BEGIN TO ALIGN THEIR FAITH WITH OURS......OUR BOSSES WILL BEGIN TO DO THINGS THEY NORMALLY DON'T DO FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES AND OTHERS WILL BE BLESSED BECAUSE WE HAVE SET THE ATMOSPHERE FOR BLESSINGS TO FLOW......WHEN WE SET THE ATMOSPHERE......THE PRAYER OF JABEZ ALLOWS GOD TO ENLARGE OUR TERRITORY...WHEN WE SET THE ATMOSPHERE...WE DECLRAE AND DECREE A THING AT IT IS SO.....HOLY SPIRIT BEGINS TO MOVE....OPERATE AND FLOW IN A WAY THAT INSTEAD OF OTHERS TALKING ABOUT THE MIDAS TOUCH...THEY WILL CONFESS AND KNOW.......I'VE BEEN INTHE PRESENCE AND GOD.....I'VE BEEN TOUCHED......AND IT MUST HAVE BEEN THE HANDS OF THE LORD.....GLORRRYYY.....I BLESS HIM TODAY PEOPLE OF GOD....I BLESS HIM!!!!! "You're On The Winning Side"

"So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen." Matthew 20:16

I saw a classic example of the first ending up being last on Cupcake Wars! Just to give a very brief description of the show.....there are a total of 3 rounds and 4 competitors. Each competitor is asked to bake specialty cupcakes and during the first 2 rounds one competitor is sent away. The last 2 remaining competitors square off in the final round for a chance to showcase their cupcakes at a major event and also win a Grand Prize of $10,000.

Now there were 3 women and 1 man. The man I thought was just not a good sport at all. He couldn't just finish his cupcakes in the first round and focus on himself....nooooooo.....he had to make comments and poke jabs at the women because he thought they had taken longer than he did. He started bragging about how good his cupcakes were and that he just knew he was going to win the competition.....NOT!

Well "Mr. I Know I Got It Like That" was gone in the 1st round. The one woman who counted herself out the competition before the judges ever tasted her cupcakes....she went before the judges in tears because she felt her cupcakes were not fully cooked.......but guess what.....and even she said it herself....she didn't know how...but by the time the judges tasted her cupcakes....it was like a miracle had taken place....the cakes were fully cooked......who figure! Her cupcakes were fully cooked...the judges loved them and hers were the best of all.....check this out....she not only won each round as the judge's favorite...but she ended up winning the $10,000 prize and she got the opportunity to showcase her cupcakes at a celebrity golf tournament!!! If I could have said something to the guy before he left in the 1st round....I would have given him a dose of his own medicine and said....."Na na na boo boo.....who's winning now"!

People of God.....the enemy wants us to feel and think we are in last place.....like God has turned His back on us.......he wants us to think that others in the world are way ahead of us....like the unsaved are being Blessed and that God has overlooked His Children.......we know the devil is a liar.............remember the story of the tortoise and the hare......DO NOT FRET BECAUSE OTHERS APPEAR AS IF THEY ARE PROSPERING........DON'T LOOK AT WHAT THEY HAVE AND YOU DON'T HAVE......THEY WILL SOON BE CUT DOWN LIKE THE GRASS AND WITHER AS THE GREEN HERB.....DON'T WORRY ABOUT SATAN'S TAUNTS AND HIS JABS AT YOU...GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN YOU THAN HE THAT IS IN THIS WORLD....DON'T WORRY ABOUT THAT WOMAN/MAN THAT HAS A HUSBAND/WIFE AND YOU DON'T.....YOU DON'T KNOW THE ABUSE OR TORTURE SHE/HE MIGHT BE GOING THROUGH......YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY WENT THROUGH TO GET WHAT THEY HAVE......YOU WAIT ON THE LORD.....ALL GOOD AND PERFECT GIFTS COMES FROM ABOVE.......GOD SEES YOUR TEARS....HE KNOWS YOUR STRUGGLES.......HE HASN'T FORGOTTEN ABOUT YOU......YOU JUST STAY FOCUSED ON YOUR TASK AT HAND......DON'T WORRY.....YOU JUST KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE PRIZE.....GREAT IS HIS REWARD....YOU WILL BE REWARDED GREATLY....YOU WILL INHERIT THE EARTH....YOU WILL REAP PEACE AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO STAND BEFORE KINGS.........ALWAYS REMEMBER......THE RACE IS NOT GIVEN TO THE SWIFT NOR THE BATTLE TO THE STRONG..........BUT TO THOSE WHO ENDURE......YOU ENDURE.......CONTINUE IN RIGHTEOUSNESS......STAY YOUR COURSE......AND YOU WILL TRIUMPH IN JESUS' NAME.......YOU HAVE OVERCOME.......BECAUSE YOU ARE ON THE WINNING SIDE!!!!!

"All God Wants Is Yes"

It was about 4:30am when I heard "Paula"! I didn't respond with a "huh"....I didn't say anything....I just got up and headed for Prayer. After I Prayed.....and as Holy Spirit often moves.....I opened the Bible right to Jeremiah Chapter 37. My eyes immediately focused on verse 17 which I had highlighted in the Bible ".....Is there any word from the Lord."

As I read on and on....I took note of a couple of Scriptures that said "....Jeremiah remained in the court of the prison." (Jeremiah 37:21 and Jeremiah 38:13). Now I was sitting here....trying to figure out....Lord what do You want me to talk about......I started searching and searching reading about Jeremiah's plight in jail......trying to figure out.....should the topic of the Motivation be "Stuck With No Place To Go"....this Sister was Praying hard y'all......all sorts of ideas were running through my mind but guess what......Jeremiah was not the only one stuck with no place to go.....I was literally stuck with NO Word from The Lord other than....."go back to bed"!

Probably 5 minutes after I laid back down......I heard......."when I called you....your response should have been "YES LORD" then just as clear.......I heard Shekinah Glory's song "Yes". I went on Youtube to look for the song.......and it wasn't until I heard Part 2 that Holy Spirit really began to minister to me personally! Perhaps one day I can speak about Jeremiah's imprisonment but for now.....all Holy Spirit is allowing me to say today People of God is......ALL GOD WANTS IS YES!!

"Persevere"

Okay I'll piggy back or as they say.....expound on The Word my cousin Minister LaKisha texted today:

"You need to persevere so that when you have done the Will of God, you will receive what He has promised." Hebrews 10:36 (NIV)

Dictionary meaning of per·se·vere (pûr s -vîr ): To persist in or remain constant to a purpose, idea, or task in the face of obstacles or discouragement.

When I look at the word persevere...for me....it's not only a challenge to spell it…...but to actually carry out its meaning…....well that's 100 times more challenging....especially in the midst of a crisis....obstacle or discouragement!

I remember after I went to my Daddy and asked for forgiveness........I asked him how did he do it....how did he get through all those years knowing that his very own knuckle head daughter......(that’s me talking)who lived one bridge away from him....how did he make it knowing I shut him out of my life? Well my loving and forgiving Daddy said......."I always knew one day you would come around." DADDY….that was more than one day….that was 42 YEARS!!!! Talk about persevering!!!! Thank God for Jesus in his life because my Daddy remained constant in his Prayers and thoughts that one day I would come around! Every time Daddy answers my phone calls…..the first thing he says is “hello my Dearest Darling Daughter”…….you should see my face when he says that…..I light up like a barn fire!!!

Meditate on this: "If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in Heaven give good things to them that ask Him?" Matthew 7:11

People of God....I know today some of you might be facing challenges.....obstacles or discouraging situations….....or even rejection……PERSEVERE! REMAIN CONSTANT IN THAT PURPOSE……IDEA OR TASK HOWEVER DIFFICULT IT MAY BE……REMAIN CONSTANT BY STANDING AND SPEAKING THE WORD OF GOD….FOCUS ON HIS PROMISES……CONFESS HIS PROMISES…..REMAIN STEADFAST….DON’T WAIVER…..REMAIN CONSTANT IN HOPE….ALTHOUGH YOUR SITUATION MAY SEEM IMPOSSIBLE…..REMEMBER WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE…. DO NOT BECOME WEARY….DO NOT FAINT….. ..YOU WILL REAP IF YOU FAINT NOT…..YOU WILL INHERIT THE PROMISES OF GOD…….. YES THAT SITUATION HURTS…..YES THAT SITUATION STINKS WORSE THAN LAZARUS DID 3 DAYS IN THE GRAVE…..BUT PERSEVERE ANYHOW……….LET PATIENCE HAVE IT’S PERFECT WORK IN YOU….GOD HAS A PLAN AND PURPOSE FOR YOUR LIFE……GO WIT THE FLOW…… STICK IT OUT……GOD IS SO FAITHFUL AND HE LOVES YOU SO MUCH…..YOU ALREADY KNOW ALL THINGS ARE WORKING TOGETHER FOR YOUR GOOD…SO ALLOW GOD TO BE GLORIFIED IN YOUR SITUATION….LET HIS WILL BE DONE ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN….PERSEVERE MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS…..PERSEVERE!!!!!

"Holy Spirit To The Rescue"

"But the Comforter, [which is] the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in My Name, He shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you." John 14:26

I couldn't believe my little child.....Quanny Quan was about to leave the project home that I....oh no I mean.....WE.....worked so hard to complete! I wonder about kids sometimes....particularly this child.....are all of them so easily distracted......were we like this this when were were children? Doesn't he realize we will not always be around to remind of him what he has to do? Every day my husband and I have to remind him of things that should be routine.....take out the garbage Quan....clean your bathroom every weekend Quan....make sure your clothes are ironed for the week Quan.....QUan...QUAn...QUAN...all of that gets a little old.....not to mention exhausting at times! Maybe we should have a recording or place post it notes all around the house to remind him....you think that will help.......probably NOT!!!

Even after I placed the poster on his bed.....OH MY GOODNESS....I still had to remind the little boy to get his project before he came downstairs....then here's my husband....adding fuel to my simmering fire....."if you didn't remind him....he would have left the project home".....not on my watch dude.......it wasn't funny, however.....instead of blowing a gasket.....I just had to laugh to myself!

Well I didn't laugh for long because Holy Spirit quickly reminded me....."It's no different from what I do for you"! Who did I think I was....actin' like I'm so ever mindful of things......like I didn't or don't make mistakes and mess up....like my Heavenly Father doesn't have to remind me of what I've done or is doing wrong.......like He doesn't take me to His Word and reminds me of the error of my ways.....the nerve of me......"Ms. Good Little Christian"!!!! WOW!

Theme - Holy Spirit shows His power through the reproof, correction, teaching, and training with the Scriptures.

Theme - Holy Spirit acts as a Prosecuting Attorney convicting all of sin

Holy Spirit discloses to every person, their errors, shortcomings, and sins of omissions . Holy Spirit makes it clear there is gap between people’s realities and the ideals found in Christ. He points out inconsistencies between their words and their actions. By convincing the world of the Righteousness found in Christ, Holy Spirit warns people of the impending judgment awaiting those who reject the Truth. As a Prosecuting Attorney, Holy Spirit exposes incriminating evidence against everyone for wrong words, emotions, and actions. He uncovers hidden thoughts of anger, jealousy, and covetousness. Each person’s conscience is pricked in areas that are sensitive to guilt, shame, and fear of punishment.

Theme -Holy Spirits gives Christians attractive powers.

Holy Spirit controls our lives. He produces Fruits that draw others to us. By arousing interest through the Fruit of Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Gentleness, and Self-Control, He produces a desire in others to know Jesus Christ better. Constrained by the beauty of Jesus shining through Spirit filled Believers, thousands have come to Salvation through another’s life testimony.

"It's Those Little Foxes That Will Mess You Up"

"Take us the foxes, the little foxes, that spoil the vines: for our vines have tender grapes." The Song of Solomon 2:15

Remember the Motivation yesterday....."Don't Fall Hook....Line and Sinker"....well it's not for me to try to figure out what's going on....but what I do know is God is trying to tell us something! This morning Holy Spirit lead me straight to The Song of Solomon, Chapter 2. Now I've heard the text Scripture preached before......but thank God for commentaries because I had to dig deeper for revelation today. Now, after I read the commentary and looked up a couple of definitions....I realized 2 words which were referenced in yesterday's Motivation stood out: CRAFTY & CUNNING

Dictionary meanings:

crafty (kraf′tē, kräf′-): subtly deceitful; sly; cunning; artful: a crafty rascal

cunning (kun′iŋ): skillful in deception; sly; crafty; made or done with skill or ingenuity; attractive or pretty in a delicate way; cute

Here's what I found in "Gill's Exposition of the Entire Bible" Commentary:

By foxes may be meant false teachers, to whom the false prophets of old were compared, Ezekiel 13:3; foxes are crafty and subtle creatures, malignant and mischievous, hungry and voracious, full of deceit and dissimulation, are of an ill smell, and abominably filthy; so false teachers walk in craftiness, use good words and fair speeches, and thereby deceive the hearts of the simple; their doctrines are pernicious, their heresies damnable, and they bring destruction on themselves and others; they are hungry after worldly substance, are greedy of it, and can never have enough; devour widows' houses, and make merchandise of men, to enrich themselves; they put on sheep's clothing, transform themselves into angels of light, mimic the voice of Gospel ministers, use their phrases and expressions, that they may not be easily discovered; and are abominable in their principles and practices, and to be shunned by all good men. Now ministers of the Gospel are ordered to take these, to detect them, and refute their errors, and reprove them sharply for them; and, after proper steps taken, to reject them, to cast them out of the vineyards, the churches, and keep them out.

Even the little foxes; heresies and heretics are to be nipped in the bud, before they increase to more ungodliness; otherwise errors, which may seem small at first, soon grow larger and spread themselves, and become fatal to the churches: That spoil the vines; as foxes do, by gnawing the branches, biting the bark, making bare the roots, devouring the ripe grapes, and infecting all with their noxious teeth and vicious breath (x): so false teachers make divisions and schisms in churches; disturb their peace; unsettle some, and subvert others; sap the foundation of religion, and corrupt the Word of God; and therefore by all means to be taken, and the sooner the better

People of God.....DO NOT BE DECEIVED...THE ENEMY IS DECEITFUL...SLY....CUNNING AND CRAFTY.....HE'S OUT TO DESTROY YOU BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY.... IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS....THE LITTLE FOXES.....THE LITTLE LIES.....THAT HE USES TO SPOIL THE VINE....DON'T ALLOW ANYONE OR ANYTHING TO COME BETWEEN YOU.....GOD....THE BLESSED TRINITY AND AND THE BODY OF CHRIST.....CONTINUE TO STAND ON THE TRUTH YOU KNOW....AS CHRIST TOLD PETER...UPON THIS ROCK I WILL BUILD MY CHURCH...THAT ROCK IS THE TRUTH THAT JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD......LET NO MAN FOOL YOU.....THE CHURCH HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED......ON THAT TRUTH....AND THE GATES OF HELL WILL NOT PREVAIL....THEY WILL TRY...BUT THEY WILL NOT PREVAIL......BEWARE OF FOXES...THEY COME IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING.....THEY MASK THEIR SMELLS...THEIR ODOR...BUT ONCE UNMASKED....THEY WILL REEK.....THEY ARE ROTTEN TO THE CORE.....DON'T GET CAUGHT UP IN THE POLITICS..... THAT YOU MISS OUT AND NOT HEAR WHAT THE SPIRIT HAS TO SAY TO THE CHURCH....BEWARE PEOPLE....BEWARE.......IT'S THOSE LITTLE FOXES THAT WILL MESS YOU UP!!!!!

Then the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves apron like girdles." Genesis 3:6-7

Before I get started....I chose the pic from photobucket.com because my husband's name is James!

Now I'm sure everyone's heard or even at one time or another used the well known saying "all that glitters ain't gold".....well this morning Holy Spirit placed that in my Spirit! I thought about Adam and Eve. God specifically told Adam DO NOT eat the fruit from the Tree of the Knowledge of good and evil (Genesis 2:16-17)....but did he listen....noooooo.....he allowed "that woman".....Eve to bait him...…he fell for it and ate the fruit!

Side note: My Daddy and I were discussing Genesis 3:3 in which Eve told the serpent "But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die."......what's that about? Genesis 3:1...the serpent himself said "Yea, hath God said, ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden".......where in the world did Eve get not to touch? I saw nowhere in Chapter 2 or 3 where God himself said not to touch…..did Eve make that one up? Can the Bible Scholars and Ministers of The Word help me out with this one???!!!! (Email me)

Okay back to the matter at hand.....

People of God.......some things or some people might look good....but OH MY.....it or they may not be good for you!!!!!! The enemy will use whatever or whomever he can to entice.....tempt or trap you into going against God's Will!!!! When unmasked.......you will see it or them for what or who they really are…..just plain rotten to the core! The enemy is conniving....he's a schemer and as sad and bad as this may sound....there’s a possibility he will "deceive the very elect" (Matthew 24:24)……. DON'T ALLOW THE ENEMY TO DECIEVE YOU WITH HIS CRAFTY….CUNNING WAYS.........WATCH OUT THAT HE DOESN'T USE MATERIAL THINGS….THE HOUSE…THE FANCY CAR…..THE “PHAT” BANK ACCOUNT……TO TRAP YOU.....BE CAREFUL THAT YOU AREN’T LYING…..CHEATING OR STEALING TO OBTAIN THOSE THINGS…..WATCH OUT FOR THAT MAN OR WOMAN YOU THINK IS SO FINE......HE/SHE CAN MAKE YOU LOOSE YOUR MIND....IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL…….YOU JUST MIGHT........WATCH OUT FOR THAT JOB YOU WANT SO BAD THAT YOU ARE WILLING TO GET IT BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY....BE CAREFUL YOU AREN’T COMPROMISING YOUR INTEGRITY OR STEPPING OUT OF LINE FOR WHAT GOD HAS PREPARED FOR YOU.…….WATCH OUT BECAUSE THE DEVIL....YOUR ADVERSARY.....HE WALKS TO AND FRO…..HE SETS TRAPS AND SNARES……IT’S HIS JOB TO STEAL…KILL AND DESTROY…..HE’S AFTER YOU……HE MASKES SIN….MAKES IT LOOK GOOD.......IT.....HE....SHE MAY LOOK APPEALING BUT IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL……IF YOU BITE THE BAIT….IF YOU FALL FOR IT……YOU'RE DONE......HE’S GOT YOU...… HOOK….LINE AND SINKER!!!!!!!

"Shake Off The Dust Off Your Feet"

Now I wasn't going to write about that experience but guess what....when I opened my Bible this morning....I went straight to Acts 13:50-52 which says: "But the Jews stirred up the devout women of high rank and the outstanding men of the town, and instigated persecution against Paul and Barnabas and drove them out of their boundaries. But [the Apostles] shook off the dust from their feet against them and went to Iconium. And the Disciples were continually filled [throughout their souls] with joy and the Holy Spirit."

I'd like to share my reply to Pastor Washington in regards to the email below:

This is so on point because this morning I rec'd an email from someone who requested I take her off my mailing list.....well....the flesh side of me was hurt because I don't understand why she made such a request.....I believe the enemy wanted me to doubt....wanted me to second guess...if you will....my Gift that God has given....I Prayed and asked Holy Spirit to speak to me.....and I did what you said...a self inventory.....to see if there was something I did wrong or did I offend Holy Spirit or anyone else.

Well....when I read your email, I realize more now than then.....my Gift will not always be appreciated by everyone.....not that I'm comparing myself to the equal of Jesus....but even Jesus was rejected......some wanted to receive Him and some didn't.....He didn't allow offense to take root.......I know Pastor Washington when I write.....I write under the direction of Holy Spirit.....many times I've questioned my style of writing but then more and more Holy Spirit reminds me that it's MY Gift.....however different it is from others....IT'S MINE!!! God gave it to me this way...and this is how He wants me to operate in it....no....I may not write like you....and I may not write like the next person.....but God has given me my Gift......just as you stated.......people are not my priority...God is.....and if I don't get my eyes off man and continue to look to God who is the Author and Finisher of my Faith....then my Gift will not make room for me.......I will continue to use my Gift to His Honor and for His Glory!!!

People of God......not everyone can appreciate or will accept your Gift or Calling! STOP TRYING TO PLEASE PEOPLE....CONTINUE TO WALK IN THE GIFT AND CALLING GOD HAS GRACIOUSLY BESTOWED UPON YOU.....LET YOUR GIFT MAKE ROOM FOR YOU....CONTINUE TO WALK IN JOY.....LET NO MAN STEAL YOUR JOY....CONTINUE TO ALLOW HOLY SPIRIT TO LEAD...GUIDE AND DIRECT YOU....YOUR GIFT WILL MAKE ROOM FOR YOU......SOME REJECTED JESUS....SOME WILL REJECT YOU....CONTINUE TO WALK IN RIGHTEOUSNESS....CONTINUE TO LET YOUR LIGHT SO SHINE.....THERE WILL ALWAYS BE DESPISERS.....PLAYA HATERS IF YOU WILL....STAND FAST AND CONTINUE IN THE GRACE OF GOD....WHATEVER YOU DO...DO IT UNTO THE LORD AND NOT AS MEN PLEASERS...YOU CAN EITHER USE IT....OR LOOSE IT.......DON'T TRIP......SHAKE OFF THE DUST OFF YOUR FEET.......AND MOVE ON!!!!

"Go Wit The Flow"

"I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake them." Isaiah 42:16 (NIV)

To me....sometimes when God instructs me to do something...His instructions are clear and to the point...but then there are those times...OH MY GOODNESS.....when things just really do not make sense.....rightly so....because God specifically lets us know in Isaiah 55:8 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways,” declares the LORD.

Yesterday God placed an idea or should I say "command" in my Spirit....however, in my little itsy bitsy mind.....I wanted to figure out the who.....what....when.... and hows....I mentioned to Sis. Linda (my former Real Estate Agent and friend) that instead of me trying to figure it out......I should "just go wit the flow"! Why do we always feel that we've got to figure things out and always be "in-the-know" especially when it comes to God? It's not like He needs our help!!!

People of God.....and I think I've said this in a few emails last week.....LET'S LET GOD BE GOD!!! HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING....HE WHO HAS BEGUN A GOOD WORK IN US.....HE WILL FINISH IT......HIS WORD SAYS HE WILL SUPPLY ALL OUR NEEDS...THEN GO WIT THE FLOW.....LET'S THANK HIM IN ADVANCE FOR SUPPLYING ALL OUR NEEDS.....HE SAYS BY JESUS' STRIPES WE ARE ALREADY HEALED...GO WIT THE FLOW AND LET'S WALK IN OUR HEALING....HE SAYS WE ARE THE HEAD AND NOT THE TAIL....GO WIT THE FLOW AND LET'S STOP PUTTING OURSELVES DOWN........HIS WORD SAYS WE CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST JESUS....GO WIT THE FLOW AND LET'S STOP SAYING AND THINKING "I CAN'T"........LET'S TRUST IN HIS GODLY WISDOM...DIVINE GUIDANCE AND DIRECTION......WE'VE GOT TO WATCH OUT FOR PITFALLS AND SNARES IF WE SEEK UNGODLY COUNSEL.....THE BLIND CAN'T LEAD THE BLIND.....GOD WILL LEAD AND GUIDE US INTO HIS MARVELOUS LIGHT.....OUR PATHWAY HAS BEEN SET BEFORE US......STOP KICKING AGAINST THE PRICK AND.....LET'S JUST GO WIT THE FLOW!!!!!

As my husband and I helplessly watched a woman who obviously was homeless....struggle across the street......she had one hand filled with bags while the other hand was pushing a luggage cart filled with more bags and luggage. It was really sad! As I thought to myself.....she needs help across the street.... my husband then said outloud....."she's carrying so many bags.......with no place to go." That thought was even more sad! All those bags....the woman's baggage.....was literally weighing her down!

The other day Holy Spirit allowed me to minister to a family member. I believe in his heart he really wants to do what's right because he has a heart for God....but because he gives into his fleshly desires....he's not walking in God's Will for his life. He is still trying to hang on to "things" and people who are only pulling him down further and further. Now he's not the only member of my family with this issue....right now I have to declare and decree a thing to be so...GOD WILL SAVE MY ENTIRE FAMILY.......GLORY!!!!!!! Now this particular family member refuses to first admit he has a problem and that he needs help. He's refusing to "lay aside" that sin which is tearing his body and soul apart.....he is literally "self-destructing" and the only place someone with that kind of lifestyle can go....and I hate to say it...but it can only lead them to an early grave.

Now unlike the woman we saw.....we do have a place to go because the Text Scripture states we are running a race.....and as in every race...there is a finish line....soooooo....I'll re-word the question....as you run your race.....are you allowing anything to weigh you down? What are you struggling with in your race? Who or what baggage do you need to lay aside....get rid of.....and why are you allowing it/them to weigh you down?

People of God.....you don't have to carry around baggage! As John The Baptist prepared the way for Jesus....Jesus has already prepared the way for you! JESUS IS THE WAY....THE TRUTH AND HE IS LIFE.....WHY ARE YOU CARRYING AROUND THINGS THAT CHRIST HAS ALREADY REDEEMED AT THE CROSS......YOU SAY YOU'RE CASTING ALL YOUR CARES ON HIM...SO WHY DO YOU LAY CERTAIN THINGS DOWN....BUT YET CARRY OTHERS......YOU CAN'T CHOOSE TO LAY DOWN WHAT YOU WANT TO LAY DOWN....GOD'S WORD SAYS TO LAY ASIDE EVERY WEIGHT....EVERY--THING.....EVERY--THING MEANS EVERYTHING.....NOT SOME THINGS....NOT ONE OR TWO THINGS.......BUT LAY ASIDE EVERYTHING SO PATIENCE CAN HAVE HER PERFECT WORK IN YOU...YOU WANT TO BE PERFECT...LAY ASIDE EVERY WEIGHT.....YOU WANT TO BE ENTIRE...WHOLE.....COMPLETE....LAY ASIDE EVERY WEIGHT....YOU WANT LACK TO BE A THING OF THE PAST....AGAIN I SAY....LAY ASIDE EVERY WEIGHT.....EVERY SIN......GET SELF OUT THE WAY....LET GOD BE GOD......HERE'S A THOUGHT......COULD IT POSSIBLY BE THAT NOTHING OR NOBODY IS WEIGHING YOU DOWN.......BUT YOU!!!!

"Steady Does It"

I was awakened by this question: "What kind of man is a steady man?" Then these Scriptures were placed in my Spirit:

Psalm 1:3 "And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season, his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall Prosper."

Ephesians 4:14 "That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive."

I Corinthians 15:58 "Therefore my beloved Brethren, be ye steadfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the LORD, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the LORD."

People of God......REMAIN STEADY.....DON'T BE MOVED BY YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES....THE ENEMY WANTS TO SIFT YOU LIKE WHEAT.......STAY ROOTED AND GROUNDED.......DO NOT BECOME EASILY SWAYED BY THE ENEMY AND HIS LIES......BE CONSISTENT....DO NOT BE MOVED.......FIERCE WINDS MAY BLOW.....THE RAINS WILL COME.....THE STORMS OF LIFE MAY APPEAR AS THOUGH IT WILL SWALLOW YOU UP....BUT AS A HORSE IS CONTROLLED BY BIT AND BRIDLE.....AND A SHIP TURNED BY IT'S HELM......CONTINUE TO OBEY GOD.....LET HIM CONTROL AND LEAD YOU........GO FULL SPEED AHEAD IN HIM THAT MADE YOU......FULL SPEED AHEAD IN HIS WORD....STAND FAST....HOLD THE TRADITIONS WHICH YOU HAVE BEEN TAUGHT.... WHETHER BY WORD OR BY LETTER.....GO FULL SPEED AHEAD....STEADY DOES IT!!!!!!

"How You Lookin' Today"

"And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of Him that created him. Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering....and above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness." Colossians 3:10,12,14

I must have had 50-11 things on my mind concerning this Motivation....however I'll get straight to the point......look at the picture above from a Spiritual standpoint. How many of us can say we are our Heavenly Father's "Mini-Me"? When others look at us....who or what do they see?

Do we walk in Love, Mercy, Kindness, Humbleness, Meekness or Long Suffering or like Paul mentioned in Colossians 1:10 "....walk worthy of The Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God"? I can only speak for myself, but almost everyday I have to Pray like David "Lord create in me a clean heart and renew a right Spirit within me" ! (Psalm 51:10).

Philippians 3:12 (NIV) says...."Not that I've already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that which Christ Jesus took hold of me."

I have not obtained but I strive each and every day to walk like Him! Talk like Him! I want others when they see me.....to see Christ who lives within me! I want when I walk into a room....for others to feel God's Presence.....His Anointing on my life! The Barrett Sisters has a song from back in the day that says......

"I want to walk and talk with Jesus each and every day
I want my life to be an example for Him in every way
I want to treat my brothers the way that Jesus wants me to
Because He said "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."

"I want Him to lead me and guide me in everything I say and do
In His service I want Him to choose me and use me I do not choose
What a wonderful Counselor, Mighty Prince of Peace is He
And all I want each day is a closer walk with Thee."

We're made in His image after His likeness......how you lookin' today?

As I laid before The Lord this morning.........I was filled by Holy Spirit with an overwhelming sound of Praise and Worship! Holy Spirit took over and the Praises and Worship came out of my mouth like the song says......like a river! GLORYYYYYYY!!!!!!

Holy Spirit asked me....."what do you think you will be doing in Heaven"? I then envisioned myself at The Throne of God at His feet......Praising and Worshiping Him! WOW!

PEOPLE OF GOD ALL GOD WANTS IS OUR PRAISE....ALL HE WANTS IS FOR US TO GLORY IN HIM.....IT'S NOT ABOUT OUR WANTS.....OUR NEEDS.....BUT OUR WILLINGNESS TO GIVE HIM THE PRAISES DUE TO HIM AND HIM ALONE!!!!!

Sis. Annette.....I love the song you and the Praise and Worship Team sang last Sunday. I Pray all of you are encouraged today to just WORSHIP HIS NAME....LET THE RIVERS OF YOUR WORSHIP AND YOUR PRAISE FLOW TO HIM TODAY!!!!!

What in the world????????? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out....."the Falcons are going down"!

News Flash: The #1 seed...Atlanta Falcons was beaten down by the #6 seed....Green Bay Packers.....final score 48-21!!!!

Now don't get me wrong.....since moving to Atlanta......the Falcons have grown on me and not to mention the fact that my husband is a big Falcons fan! I really wanted them to go all the way....but guess what.....tonight Green Bay showed up to play while the Falcons.....well I guess the real team is still stuck in the ice on I-20 or I-285 somewhere!!!!

So class.......what lesson can we learn from the game tonight? Ecclesiastes 9:11 says:

I have seen something else under the sun
The race is not to the swift or the battle to the strong,
nor does food come to the wise
or wealth to the brilliant
or favor to the learned;
but time and chance happen to them all.

It's the Green Bay Packer's time! It's their chance to show to the world that it doesn't matter if they are the #6 seed going against top-seeded teams! What matters is they believe they are as good as the other teams and they have an equal chance to make it to their ultimate goal.....SUPERBOWL XLV (in case you have to figure that out like I did........it's Superbowl 45)!!!!

See....it's Green Bay's drive.....determination and not to mention the talents of their dynamic Quarterback Aaron Rodgers.....that's propelling them towards their prize.....I'm sure it's not sugar-plums that will be dancing in the heads while they sleep tonight but dreams of going all the way and winning the Superbowl!

Child of God......what's driving or propelling you toward your prize.....towards your Destiny? Are you allowing negative thoughts....stinkin' thinkin' to hinder you? Are you trusting and believing God's Word or are you catering to the lies of the enemy who wants you to believe that you are not good enough or worthy to inherit the Blessings and Promises of God?

After the game, Aaron Rodgers is quoted as saying "I felt like I was in the zone"..... "THE ZONE"....now I've never been in "the zone" before.......but what drives and propels me is the Awesome Presence of HOLY SPIRIT in my life....Holy Spirit leads......Holy Spirit guides and He also directs my path....."the zone".......what is that?

People of God....don't believe the hype! Satan is a liar and the father of lies (John 8:44). YOU KEEP ON PRESSING FORWARD....KEEP RUNNING WITH PATIENCE THE RACE THAT HAS BEEN SET BEFORE YOU.....DON'T WORRY ABOUT WHO'S AHEAD OR APPEARS TO BE MOVING FASTER THAN YOU....YOU JUST STAY IN THE RACE........STAY ON COURSE.....KEEP THE FAITH......DON'T GIVE UP...DON'T LOOK TO THE LEFT...OR TO THE RIGHT....LOOK UNTO JESUS WHO IS THE AUTHOR AND FINISHER OF YOUR FAITH.....HE HAS BEGUN A GOOD WORK IN YOU....HE WILL FINISH IT.....CONTINUE TO PUT ONE FOOT IN FRONT OF THE OTHER.....BECAUSE BEFORE YOU KNOW IT.....YOU'LL RUN THROUGH THE DOOR INTO VICTORY AND TO YOUR DESTINY!!!!

Always remember......the race is not to the swift....or the battle to the strong (Ecclesiates 9:11).....but "to those who endure to the end....the same shall be saved." (Matthew 24:13)

Why do you alone sit as judge, while all these people stand around you from morning till evening?” Moses answered him, “Because the people come to me to seek God’s will. Whenever they have a dispute, it is brought to me, and I decide between the parties and inform them of God’s decrees and instructions.” Moses’ father-in-law replied, “What you are doing is not good. You and these people who come to you will only wear yourselves out. The work is too heavy for you; you cannot handle it alone. Listen now to me and I will give you some advice, and may God be with you. You must be the people’s representative before God and bring their disputes to Him. Teach them His decrees and instructions, and show them the way they are to live and how they are to behave. But select capable men from all the people—men who fear God, trustworthy men who hate dishonest gain—and appoint them as officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties and tens. Have them serve as judges for the people at all times, but have them bring every difficult case to you; the simple cases they can decide themselves. That will make your load lighter, because they will share it with you. If you do this and God so commands, you will be able to stand the strain, and all these people will go home satisfied."

I am compelled specifically....but not exclusively to share this with Pastors.....

Earlier today one of my mentors...Sis. Norma and I were engaged in a conversation about what happens when a care giver needs to be taken care of.......or as in a motivation I wrote years ago....when the motivator needs to be motivated......who's there for them?

Pastors.....who encourages you? When Sis. or Bro. "Can't Get Right" comes to you.......and you've helped them with their problem but has somehow managed to suck all the virtue out of you....who's there for you? Who got your back? Who lifts you up in Prayer?

Pastors.......you pour...and pour....and pour some more.....in order to serve the people.....but in all actuality....all some of you are doing is wearing yourselves down...and the kicker here is the more you give of yourselves....the more unappreciative some people are! Half the time the people you give counsel to end up in the same mess you tried to counsel them out of.....or they end up doing the total opposite....so because of their disobedience.......when it doesn't end up they way they think it should....they turn around and blame you saying "well Pastor told me to do that"....the devil is a liar!!!!! (let the Church say AMEN)!

I know...I know Pastors.... you feel as long as you are doing what God requires of you....you do.....but with all due respect Pastors......trying to be all things to all people will only land you with more grey hairs than you can dye or into early retirement.....you will "surely wear away" (v.18)!

I DECLARE AND DECREE FOR 2011.....PASTORS......YOU WILL LIVE YOUR LATTER YEARS IN PROSPERITY AND YOUR LATTER YEARS IN MINISTRY WILL BE GREATER THAN YOUR BEGINNING.....GOD HAS ALREADY ALIGNED THOSE LEADERS WHO WILL FAITHFULLY SERVE IN YOUR MINISTRY SO YOU WILL HAVE MORE TIME TO ENJOY JESUS.....YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SPEND MORE QUALITY TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY AND YOU WILL ENJOY LIFE.....AND LIFE MORE ABUNDANTLY...THIS IS I DECREE....IN JESUS' NAME...AMEN!

It is also my Prayer today for Pastors that: God will send you Leaders.....modern day Aaron's and Hur's who will stand by your side and lift you up when all virtue has left you ......I Pray God will also raise up able men (and women)....Leaders right there from your Congregation who fear God.......men and women of Truth...hating covetousness.....I Pray for Leaders who will assist you in leading the people....Leaders who have a heart for God's People....Leaders who walk in Integrity.....Leaders who are dedicated to the work of The Lord.....Leaders who will not compromise The Word of God but will lead with boldness......Love and in the admiration of The Lord....Leaders who are not only Faithful to God in service but Faithful to you and the Mission and Vision God has placed on your heart for His People......this is my Prayer for you today....in Jesus' Name I Pray.....Amen!!!!

"Nobody's Hindering You......BUT YOU"

This morning when I shared my dream with my husband....I couldn't...and I'm gon' say it like the older folks used to say...."I couldn't for the life of me"....figure out what the dream meant....at least not until a few minutes ago when God revealed His Word to me!

I had a dream that I.....one of my husband's best friend, Ricky S. and some other people were taking a test. It was kinda weird because each of us had to take the test while sitting in our own vehicles (strange huh). I can't even recall what subject the test covered or even one question from the test. Well....at some point during the testing period, I decided with my brilliant self that I wanted to move my truck (wish I could say it was the Breakwater Blue Lexus RX 350 I desire......anyways....I decided I wanted to move to another parking area away from the other people. Now to make a long dream short.....after I finished the test, I went inside to turn my test in to be graded....but guess what the teacher had already gone home.....I was too late....(sounds familiar...remember the 5 foolish?)! Y'all.....I had the nerve to not only be angry with myself for not finishing on time....but angry with Mr. Ricky who left me before I could finish!

Just moments ago, I heard part of this Scripture plainly......"Ye did run well; who did hinder you ....." Galatians 5:7

When I looked in a dictionary for the meaning of the word hinder it said:

1. To be or get in the way of.

2. To obstruct or delay the progress of.

v.intr.

To interfere with action or progress.

Then when I looked in the Thesaurus for related words, synonyms and antonyms....I found words like: impede.....block.....set back.....interfere.....prevent.....stop....hold up.....and even frustrate!

Who's fault was it that I didn't finish on time? Why did I become frustrated and angry? Okay....now I'm really Praying for Revelation from this point on....but as Children of God......I think...and this is me talking.....but sometimes we get so caught up in what we want to do.....what we think we should do.......we go about trying to make things happen...when all the while....God just wants us to stand still......don't be a busy Martha.......go through our test with wisdom and knowledge that He is with us and will take us through......okay I'm going from 0 to 1,000 and will shift gears here......NOBODY'S HOLDING YOU BACK......BUT YOU!!!!!! WOW!

Stop blaming things on the devil!!!!! It's not Momma and dem.......It's not Pookie or Fe Fe....it's not even "The Man" who is holding you back.....we sometimes hold ourselves back from receiving Blessings God is trying to get to us as a result of the test we are going through now!!!!

See....in the dream....if I had just kept my little big self still....I would have had enough time to finish the test.......but NO....I had to go driving on the other side......like they say...."the grass is not always greener on the other side".....things might look good....but it's not! GOING SOMEWHERE YOU KNOW GOD DID NOT DIRECT YOU TO GO....IS A DISTRACTION AND A WASTE OF TIME......THE TEST IS A TEST FOR A REASON....WHAT YOU ARE FACING TODAY IS NOTHING NEW.......IT MAY APPEAR THAT YOU ARE ALONE......YOU'RE NOT.....DON'T GET ANGRY OR FRUSTRATED BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE HAS COMPLETED THEIR TEST AND REAPING BECAUSE THEY FAINT NOT......THEY DIDN'T GET OFF TRACK...YOU DID......YES GOD IS A GOD OF SECOND....THIRD....MANY CHANCES......HE'S LOVING AND FAITHFUL LIKE THAT......BUT HOW LONG DOES HE HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOU......HE WANTS TO BLESS YOU NOW....HE TAKES PLEASURE IN THE PROSPERITY OF HIS SERVANTS....STOP LALLYGAGGING......STAY ON COURSE.......STAY FOCUSED......IT'S NOT THAT YOU DON'T HAVE THE WISDOM NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE TEST......YOU JUST NEED TO GET YOU OUT OF THE WAY......IT'S NOBODY HINDERING YOU...........BUT YOU!!!!!!

I Corinthians 10:13 from The Bible in Basic English says: "You have been put to no test but such as is common to man: and God is true, who will not let any test come on you which you are not able to undergo; but HE will make with the test a way out of it, so that you may be able to go through it."

WHEW....this was a long one!!!!

Warriors....I ask that each of you keep Mr. Ted Williams (the man with the "golden voice") in Prayer....my heart goes out to him! He is can be a classic example that no one can hinder his progress and God-given success........but him!

You think our children aren't going through too.....being challenged by the enemy.....you think the enemy doesn't know...see or recognize the Anointing and Calling they have on their lives even at their young age......then think again!

Last night I was so touched....moved and inspired to take my Faith to another level by my 6 year old nephew, Chase. Chase (and his brother) have an Awesome Calling on their lives......not to mention a Prayer Warrior for a Mom who is teaching and nurturing them in the ways of the Lord!

See...Chase is being distracted at school. He's a very smart child....I think the enemy wants to block his progress because he (satan) sees greatness in Chase......but satan is a liar and coward from the pits of hell.....we plead the Blood of Jesus over every plot and scheme the enemy presents...in Jesus' Name...right now Father....we Pray for our children in school....Father they are destined for greatness....they will exceed in all they do.....they will do exceedingly..... abundantly above what they are expected to do in their academics....give them new ideas....inventions.....goals and strategies that will impact the world......make them the role models for others who will look at them with astonishment and amazement.......help them to conquer peer pressure......bullies and anything that satan tries to put in their way to distract them....give the teachers and administrators a heart to want to teach them the right things...give our children courage.....Holy Boldness to withstand the wiles of the enemy.....protect those who don't You yet Father....allow our children to be a beacon....a light to bring those children who are lost to Christ.....we count it all Joy and lift them up in Prayer....we know its all working for their good and to Your Glory and Honor.....in Jesus' Name....Amen!

Anyways ...... my Sister In Law said before he went to school....during their morning Prayer.....with the sincerest of heart and with tears flowing from his big beautiful round eyes....he called on God and told God..."I need Your help"! When Chase got home he told his Mom and shared with me on the phone that he had a good day.....he said....."God helped me"! WOW!

Oh we of little Faith.....how is it a 6 year old can Pray.....cry out to God and receive the help he needs....suddenly? I'll tell you why.....his heart was pure.....he wasn't clouded by doubt....he wasn't clouded by fear....he wasn't clouded by unbelief....all he knows is that when he Prayed.....God heard.......and God helped him! Don't allow doubt....fear......or unbelief stand in the way of what God wants to do for you!

Thank you Holy Spirit for direction.....here's a WORD Holy Spirit wants me to share with all of you:

"Yet the LORD longs to be gracious to you; therefore He will rise up to show you compassion. for the LORD is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for Him! People of Zion, who live in Jerusalem, you will weep no more. How gracious He will be when you cry for help! As soon as He hears, He will answer you. Although the Lord gives you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, your teachers will be hidden no more; with your own eyes you will see them. Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, "This is the way; walk in it. He will also send you rain for the seed you sow in the ground, and the food that comes from the land will be rich and plentiful." Isaiah 30:18-21,23 (NIV)

Receive it in Jesus' Name.....Amen!
